Vice President of Sales

Are you an ambitious and accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of success in the healthcare technology sector? HealthCorum is looking for an experienced Director or VP/SVP of Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstratable experience selling data and analytics solutions to healthcare organizations. They will be responsible for the full sales cycle including generating leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. This includes identifying potential customers, qualifying their needs, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals. This includes articulating the value of the company's solutions and demonstrating how they can solve the customer's problems.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals. This includes managing the sales process from start to finish and ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience selling data and analytics solutions to healthcare organizations
  • Has successfully sold into the self-funded employer ecosystem (Point solutions, TPA's, Brokers, Consultants, etc.)
  • Secondary experience in selling to health plans or risk-bearing providers
  • Proven track record of success in closing large enterprise deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel for conferences and other business-related events
